Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. In the event a duplicate account is identified, milyon89 will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus balances. 3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milyon89 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on milyon89 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts. VIP members may have elevated limits applied to their accounts in accordance with their tier benefits.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to fund your milyon89 account and that is registered in your verified name. Milyon89 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with your account identity. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via BDO, BPI, or UnionBank are typically processed within one business day. 4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

4.5 Unclaimed Balances

5.1 General Bonus Rules

5.2 Wagering Requirements

In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule applies to that game, while these Terms apply in all other respects.

6.2 Minimum Bet

The minimum bet on milyon89 is ₱50 for slot games and sports bets. Live dealer table minimums vary by game and are displayed at each table. Higher-tier VIP members may access tables with higher minimum and maximum bet limits.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, connection drops during a game session, or software bugs — milyon89 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the game and resolve the outcome fairly. Where an outcome cannot be reconstructed with certainty, milyon89 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. 6.4 Odds and Bet Settlement

For sports betting markets, all odds displayed on milyon89 are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds locked in at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your settlement. 6.5 Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpot prizes displayed on the milyon89 jackpot lobby are live and accurate at the time of display. Jackpot triggers are determined by certified RNG systems that are independently audited. Milyon89 does not control the timing of jackpot triggers. Large jackpot wins may be subject to enhanced identity verification before the prize is released to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on milyon89. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

VIP tier status is determined by your 30-day rolling betting volume across all milyon89 products. Milyon89 reserves the right to review and adjust tier thresholds, benefit levels, and cashback rates at any time with prior notice to affected members. VIP benefits — including cashback credits and event invitations — are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the milyon89 platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Milyon89 may revoke VIP Club membership and associated benefits in the event of a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or account suspension.

Milyon89 does not sell your personal data to third parties. You may close your milyon89 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending investigation.

Milyon89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, failure to complete identity verification, or at milyon89's reasonable discretion.
